What are the ongoing costs involved?

Website Hosting: Websites sit on a server so that they can be accessed 24/7. Think of it like accessing files on a computer. We use cloud hosting for all our sites with 99.9% up time as well as daily back ups so that should something go wrong, your site can be restored quickly.

Our hosting platform comes built in with 24/7 server support which means that if something go wrong with the server, a technician can get on with fixing it within just a few minutes. Our normal hosting plans include unlimited bandwidth, storage and email accounts. This costs $30/month. If you need a dedicated server, we have those available too. If you'd like to use your own host, then you're welcome to do so.
Is there a minimum term I must sign up for?

Nope, once we finish your website, the website is yours to keep and there are no ongoing charges involved.
How can I make changes to my website? How much will it cost me to make changes?

We use Wordpress for most of our websites which makes editing a breeze. We train you in how to use the CMS and you can edit your site yourself with ease, therefore you won't need us to edit the content of your site and it'll be free.
How long will it take to build the website?

Most of our website builds take 2-3 weeks depending on the number of edits we have to perform following each review. If you need your site quicker, let us know.
Do you guys offer SEO services?

I need a marketing strategy to go with my website, can you help?

We are a full service digital agency and can craft a marketing strategy for you or in parallel with your in-house marketing team. For many of our clients we suggest a combination of SEO, Adwords / PPC and Social Media Marketing
Should I buy a .com, a .co.nz or .nz domain name?

This depends on what market you're targeting. If your business targets a global market, then a .com domain is suggested but if you're targeting the NZ market, then buy a .co.nz or a .nz domain name as Google and other search engines serve results based on a geo-targeting algorithm.
What will my site look like on mobile devices?

All our websites are mobile ready fresh out of the box. This goes in line with Google best practices given that most people nowadays browse for goods and services on mobile. Even our ecommerce websites are mobile optimised for easy browsing and purchasing.
Do you have examples of some of the past work you've done?

Will I have access to the analytics and website user data? Will you provide me with monthly reporting?

We will set up Google analytics for you so that you can see where your customers are coming from, where they spend most of their time, which pages are performing the best and which ones are performing badly so that they can be improved. You will have full access to your analytics dashboard so you can check in on it any time.
I already have a website but it needs improvement. What can you do for me?

If you have an existing website that needs sprucing up, we'll be happy to help. We can work across multiple platforms such as Magento, Wordpress, HTML/CSS, Joomla and more so just give us your wishlist and we'll see what we can whip up for you.
Can you build a website that takes bookings for my salon or restaurant?

Yes, we have an ecommerce solution for pretty much anything ranging from simply selling products to taking bookings. We can also build in systems that send your customers regular reminders or better yet set up remarketing funnels for you.
